On April 11, we hosted the Edmond Chamber of Commerce’s Business After Hours event.
While Chamber members and their guests filled up our office space, we offered an award-winning chili prepared by one of our own web programmers, Jerry (if you missed Jerry’s famous Tri-Tip No Mercy Chili, you may be able to find it at a downtown OKC chili championship this summer…stay tuned).
At the event, the Chamber thanked their 2016 Business After Hours Presenting Sponsor, Graco Roofing and Construction, for a great year. The Chamber also held a drawing for members with the most points for attending events and being active in the Edmond community. Prizes included gift cards to Staples, Zoe’s Kitchen and Brent’s Cajun Seafood & Oyster Bar.
About 75 people attended this Business After Hours event. That made our space, which usually holds 17 web designers, programmers, developers, and project managers, feel quite cozy!
This event is held on the second Tuesday of each month from 5:30-7PM. These casual networking events are just one way a Chamber membership can help Edmond businesses make new contacts. Learn more and RSVP for the next networking event on the Chamber’s website (proudly designed and hosted by Back40 Design). These events are free, and are hosted at a variety of member locations throughout the year. Thanks to the Edmond Chamber and all who attended this event. You’re all welcome at Back40 any time.
