Challenge

Acuña Law Firm needed a website that would clearly communicate their services and value to people seeking personal injury legal representation. They serve a diverse, bilingual audience (English and Spanish), and many potential clients arrive in moments of stress, confusion, or urgency following an injury.

Beyond improving user experience, Acuña Law needed to compete in an extremely aggressive SEO landscape dominated by high-budget national firms and large regional competitors. Their previous content lacked depth, topical relevance, and a keyword strategy, making it difficult for them to appear in search results for core case types such as auto accidents, medical negligence, slips and falls, and wrongful death.

The firm required a strategy that would:

  • Strengthen organic search visibility
  • Align with real search behavior and competitive gaps
  • Build high-value, authoritative practice-area pages
  • Support long-term content growth
  • Increase qualified inquiries and consultations

Solution

Back40 designed and built a clean, bilingual website with clear navigation for multiple practice areas, prominently placed calls-to-action (free consultation, “Llama Ahora”), and an intuitive intake form to gather case details and supporting materials. We also added trust-focused elements, team bios, firm history, and compliance features to reinforce credibility.

At the same time, Back40’s SEO team conducted an extensive SEO and competitor audit, analyzing:

  • Competing firms’ ranking strategies
  • Content gaps on Acuña’s previous site
  • High-intent keywords and questions real users search
  • Opportunities for Spanish-language search visibility
  • Structural deficiencies in existing content

From this research, Back40 developed a core-page strategy, writing and optimizing high-value practice-area pages designed to rank for major personal injury terms while providing clear, helpful guidance to potential clients.

To reinforce these core pages and fuel long-term organic growth, Back40 created 80 strategically crafted blog posts, each supporting a core legal topic. These articles were built around:

  • Targeted long-tail keywords
  • Common legal questions
  • Localized search terms
  • Related subtopics that strengthen topical authority
This content ecosystem helps Acuña Law compete with larger firms by signaling expertise, relevance, and depth across all major injury practice areas.

Result

The new Acuña Law Firm website provides a powerful foundation for both user experience and long-term SEO growth.

From a UX perspective, the bilingual structure, clear service navigation, improved intake forms, and trust-building content make it easier for potential clients, including Spanish-speaking individuals, to request help quickly and confidently.

From an SEO standpoint, the new core service pages paired with the 80 supporting blog posts dramatically expand the firm’s digital footprint. The site now ranks for more relevant search terms, captures long-tail intent, and positions Acuña Law as a credible, authoritative resource in the personal injury space.

Overall, the redesigned website and expanded content strategy have:

  • Increased qualified leads through both organic and paid channels
  • Improved search visibility across all major practice areas
  • Strengthened the firm’s reputation and authority online
  • Enabled Acuña Law to compete effectively against larger, better-funded competitors
  • Created a scalable content framework that will continue to deliver results over time
Acuña Law now has a digital presence that reflects their professionalism, serves their bilingual community, and supports their ongoing business growth as a responsive, client-focused personal injury law provider.
