Challenge

Addison HVAC needed a website that could handle a vast and technically complex product catalog (DOAS units, rooftop packaged systems, modular indoor units, split systems, custom HVAC solutions), while serving multiple user types — building owners, engineers, contractors, dealers, facility managers, and service technicians. They also needed to provide technical documentation and support resources (installation guides, service manuals, training) and ensure ease of navigation so B2B buyers and service teams could quickly find what they need.

Solution

Back40 designed a structured, modular website architecture that organizes content by Products, Industries, Resources, Service, and Company. We built detailed product pages (with specs and downloadable documentation), industry-specific guidance, a robust resource and support portal (manuals, IOMs, video tutorials, certified-technician login), and a dealer-locator tool. We also implemented clear contact and lead initiation tools, and crafted messaging focused on indoor air quality, efficiency, and long-term value, positioning Addison as a trusted solutions partner rather than simply a manufacturer.
