Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best available today for secure commerce transactions. All personal information is encrypted, including credit card numbers, names, and addresses, so it cannot be read over the internet. We strictly adhere to standards and guidelines provided for PCI compliance.
Back40 Design does not offer project refunds. In the event of cancellation of an assignment, any original artwork, programming, or photography created by Back40 Design shall be retained by Back40 Design. A cancellation fee for work completed based on the prorated portion of the next phase payment and the expenses already incurred shall be paid by the client.
Back40 Design does not offer physical products that can be shipped, with the exception of print materials. Please coordinate with your graphic designer for exact shipping details.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a new European privacy law due to take effect on May 25, 2018. It’s a complex, and evolving piece of legislation. It sets forth new rules governing how companies may collect, store, and use personal data pertaining to and/or originating from individuals in the EU.
