After a Sunday ad, craigslist postings
and relentlessly ransacking my Linkedin contacts – we found Amy. Or rather she
found us. Amy Novak is a super-talented graphic designer with both web and print
experience. She has adapted quickly to our production flow and Back40 culture.
Amy will lead the design effort on our custom designed websites.

Amy has stepped into our
former designer’s position without missing a step. While we will greatly miss
Lathen Kamas, we are excited about his upcoming wedding and impending move to
Scotland. Certainly not something we expected – at least the Scotland part.
Lathen’s fiance had the opportunity to do graduate studies in Edinburgh. We wish
Lathen and his bride the best in their new adventure. And we welcome Amy to our
team.
We are still looking for another highly talented designer to join
